• Small independent pharmacy in Kenmore, is seeking a part-time Pharmacist. 

• Hours will be primarily weekends. 

• The store hours are until 7pm weekly, 4pm on Saturday and 2pm on Sunday.   This is a great opportunity to earn extra income. 

• Duties include supervising technicians, dispensing medication, consulting patients and some compounding when necessary.

•  We are interested in patient-centered candidates who are focused on growing the pharmacy business through exceptional customer service. 

•  All applicants are required to be licensed to practice pharmacy in State and be in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.

• They also must:

•  Possess the necessary interpersonal skills required to interact with patients, coworkers and other health professionals.

• Evaluate the appropriateness of prescription orders with consideration for patient safety and legal requirements.

• Maintain accurate records, properly receive Rx information from customer, properly and accurately deliver Rx to customers, and assist with over the counter questions and selection.
  Demonstrate the ability to accurately and efficiently utilize the pharmacy computer system. Be both familiar with and compliant with all record keeping requirements for controlled substances.
